craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral therapy

The craniosacral therapy is based on W.G.Sutherlands "Osteopathy in the Cranial Field".
Today's work with craniosacral therapy was developed by the osteopath John E. Upledger.

A craniosacral therapy session involves the therapist placing her hands on the patient,
allowing her to tune into what is called the craniosacral system. By gently working with the
spine, the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia, the restrictions of nerve
passages are eased, the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord can
be optimized, and misaligned bones can be restored to their proper position. Craniosacral
therapy is used to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, spinal problems, migraines and
other headaches, balance disturbances, and chronic pain conditions.

Craniosacral therapy is suitable for all ages.

Das ist die höchste Form des Reisens."
